Grocery Managers provide excellent service to all guests and crew members while managing all aspects of the grocery department. You are responsible for the store operation in absence of the Store Manager including overnight operations. You are responsible for effectively training all grocery crew members and communicating the importance of the role that each employee holds. You will actively stock and merchandise grocery products while you assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, you are responsible for tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements and you actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment. Ideal Candidates will have at least 1-2 years previous Grocery experience in a retail setting.

Union and Non-Union: “The pay range is $ 25.00 to $29.00 per hour, but no less than the local 
minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications 
and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of 
service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
