As an AGI Operations Supervisor you will:
Provide the principle operations communications between AGI Ramp Operations and the customerMonitor all flight activity, record and update daily flight records with key informationCoordinate all towing activity, obtain and track gate activity including all changesBe accountable for monitoring operational performance, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLA) statistics as well as daily performance statisticsWorks closely with Duty Manager and Ramp Supervisor to ensure resources are allocated accordingly to meet operational demands and ensures that unserviceable GSE is reported to maintenanceTo be an AGI Operations Supervisor you must:
Demonstrate strong math and computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication skillsBe at least 18 years of age and possess a High school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalentPossess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordBe able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, which includes an extensive 5-10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background checkAs an AGI Operations Supervisor you must be able to:
Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basisCarry heavy items up and down jetway stairsClimb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periodsWork outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noisesAirlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
