Responsibilities

Conducts Initial and Recurrent pilot ground training under the guidance of the Aircraft Operating Manual AOM and Flight Manual Responsible to lead the class through subjects such as Aircraft Systems, Hazardous Materials, General Operations, Crew Resource Management and Emergency Training.Additional responsibilities include courseware and other instructional media development for all ground training programsMust be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team Ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessaryMust be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum age of 18High school diploma or GED equivalentMust have working knowledge and experience on large aircraft systems and airline flight operationsWilling and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days offDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English languagePossess the legal right to work in the United StatesPrevious line experience as a flight crew-member, preferredPrevious Instructional and/or Training experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPointCollege coursework or college degree desirable preferredProven work experience building constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers preferredStrong organizational, interpersonal oral and written skills preferred
