We have an exciting opportunity for a Ground Support Equipment Supervisor at our facility in Palmdale, CA. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ground support equipment activities, and plans the activities of the group to ensure smooth flow of work and continuous operation. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees the daily operation of personnel to provide control, tracking, service, repair and maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE) test sets and tools as required.Assigns tasks, reviews work, and provides direction to ensure efficient operations and objectives are met.May develop new or revise existing processes and procedures.Develops and maintains databases, reports and records.Represents the groups as a primary contact with internal and external representatives.May make internal and external presentations.Participates in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of human resources to ensure the availability of the required staff.Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Other duties as assigned or required.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.Highly Desirable:SAP experience.SharePoint experience.Proficiency in MS Office.
