Mission Description
The on-site technical support service for IT Platforms. It will be part of a global on-site technical support service covering the whole range of the A400M GSD (Ground Support Systems). Different in-house software modules are considered as part of GSD and subsequently part of this service.
Tasks and Responsibility
Support the administration of the GSDs by trained customer personnel, including user accounts, databases, back-ups and disaster recovery. Manage interface and communications with customer. Technical queries answering ensuring facilitating daily operability.Provide technical expertise, single point of contact for queries and support.Resolve complex faults and issues in the Aircraft.On the job training of Air Forces local administrators.Analyze impact and approve changes to product/system/network.Interface control to linked product/system/networks.Provide tracking and delivery time indication.Publish internal & external reports about activity & performances evaluation. Aircraft Configuration control.Personal & Interpersonal Skills
Strong English skills, both verbal and writtenGood communication skills and customer oriented.Intermediate verbal proficiency of Indonesian language to support communication with the customer (TNI AU)Position will be based in Halim Perdanakusma Airforce Base - JakartaThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
