Responsibilities:
To help the Supervisor guide associates toward production goals and quality standards. Help Supervisor by working on production line, organizing materials and supplies, directing production line associates, training new associates and recording production data.
The production associate is responsible for performing a variety of production focused tasks on a rotated basis to support the daily production goals. The associate will be responsible for operating various machinery in a timely and safe manner in conjunction with production needs.

Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred High School Diploma or GED requiredEssential Duties, Functions and responsibilities:
Process product using tools and equipment provided
Follows all work safety policies and guidelines
Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/ or safety issues/concerns
Adheres to all USADA and GMP product standards and guidelines
Maintains a clean and organized work area
Will be required to rotate to various functions within the processing department
Performs other duties as assigned
Accountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Set up, operate and maintain all equipment in the assigned department
Run product at line speed as scheduled by Production Supervisor
Maintain on going communication and maintenance Supervisors and Managers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
Must be willing and able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Must pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical
Physical Requirements:
Standing (8hours a day or more)
Lifting, Carrying, pushing or pulling (up to and including 50lbs or more)
Reaching overhead (up to and including 25lbs)
Operation handheld an/or mechanical machinery
Climbing stairs
Working with scissors and knives
Gripping, grasping and twisting using hands and wrists
Bending and stooping for long periods of time
Working Conditions/ Department Description:
May work in damp and cold environment
Seasonable hot and warm environment
Work with loud and noisy machinery
