What You'll Get To Do
Do you pride yourself in being a jack-of-all trades? The Groundperson will be responsible for maintaining the plant areas, assisting where necessary in the production process, and assisting with maintenance tasks. This position reports to the Plant Foreman.  Future responsibilities would include learning the operation of all on-site equipment, lubing and maintaining fixed plant equipment, learning heavy maintenance of all plant equipment.Utilize pressure washers to clean heavy machinery, tools, concrete surfaces, and buildings.Apply appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals when necessary.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience operating pressure washing equipment is preferred.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to pressure washing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
