Brief Description: Upkeep and continuous improvement of the entire plant site with a focus on the visual appearance of the division.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

Plant site maintenance that includes, but not limited to:Mowing / grounds maintenanceRoad cleaning & wateringGrounds crew equipment maintenanceTrash collectionLandscapingSnow / ice removalSpill responseMisc. site improvements and mill assistanceNormally scheduled for M-F daylight but must respond to hazardous weather conditions during nights/weekends. Qualifications

Experience/Requirements:

 

Required:

Focus on site safety with specific attention to hazardous site conditions & traffic concernsMust become certified to operate a variety of mobile equipmentMust complete annual DOT, HAZWOPER and RCRA training with environmental for spill responseWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including off-hours snow removal

Preferred:

Heavy equipment experienceGood mechanical skillsLandscaping experienceSmall engine repair, light equipment maintenance
