This position is a physically demanding job and the right candidate should be prepared to work long days in the hot sun. This position will handle all of the physical detail work needed on community grounds. Weedeating, edging, trimming shrubs, removing trash and/or debris, cleaning outdoor structures, mulch/pine straw instillation, storm clean up, ect. This individual must be able to walk long distances, capable of lifting more then 20lbs, and comfortable working outdoors in the heat and cold weather.   Key Responsibilities of the Grounds Crew: Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment. Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing. Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material. Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up). Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris. Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.). Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Grounds Crew:

 One month related experience or training.  Must have a valid driver's license.
Other Qualifications: Regular and reliable attendance
