Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay: $17.19 per hour

Showcase your attention to detail and horticultural flair as a Grounds Labourer – and maintain hotel grounds that provide a beautiful backdrop to every exceptional guest stay. In this role you will support the hotel by:

Maintain flower beds, landscape plantings both indoor & outdoorMow, trim, water all turf areas of resortPrepare landscape areas for repair or constructionClean the property - litter, animal waste, recycling, hazard trees and yard debrisPlant, fertilize and pesticide usage on a periodic basisAssist irrigation technician when necessaryOperate power tools and equipment while using proper personal protective equipment
Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Valid Alberta Driver’s License required Previous experience in Landscape/Gardening an assetMachine operating experience an asset: snowplow, grader & blade, bobcat, john deere tractors 5200, 670, 855 & 3320CPR and First Aid Certificates an assetAbility to work outdoors in various elements such as rain, heat & snow required

Additional Information
