Temp-to-Hire position$12.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Cleans and maintains landscaped areas; mows grass and edges along sidewalks and buildings; cuts and trims trees and brush; rakes leaves; feeds leaves and brush into chipper; plows and removes snow as needed. Collects trash and debris from around the facilities and grounds. Performs equipment maintenance and minor repairs; refills fluids as needed; checks tire pressure.Completes inspection forms and log sheets daily.Grounds Maintenance Qualifications:
Grounds Keeping experience.Lifting 50lbsMust have a valid NM Driver's License.Must be 21 years old (required to be a driver).Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
