**Job Title: Grounds Maintenance** **Job Description** We are looking for a facility/grounds maintenance individual to join our team. The role involves maintaining the entire facility, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape, snow removal, and more. You will be working alongside another team member to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the plant. **Responsibilities** + Operate Bobcat for snow removal + Lay salt and shovel snow + Maintain grass and landscaping + Replace windows and doors + Address electrical issues + Perform plumbing tasks + Change HVAC filters + Remodel offices **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician + Groundskeeping skills + Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems + Facility maintenance experience + Heavy equipment operation + Carpentry skills + Ability to complete work orders **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experienced in heavy equipment operation + Comfortable with manual labor + Proficient with hand and power tools **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits and the opportunity to join a dedicated team. The work environment includes exposure to welding fumes and the need to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rainy, snow). Uniforms are provided. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm-4pm, with occasional mandatory Saturdays. Candidates will also need to be comfortable with union membership, which begins after a 51-day probation period. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Steelton, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $56992.00 - $56992.00/yr.
