POSITION DUTIES: + Running irrigation at proper intervals. Doing spot checks on soil moisture + Weeding and planting replacements / additions + Refreshing annuals in pots & landscape on a cyclical basis + Refreshing and adding mulch where necessary + Assisting in designing new plant beds + Fertilizing garden beds as necessary + Maintain quality of retail product through spot watering, cutting back perennials, and assisting in stocking and spoiling product. + Clean inside of Cedar Acres including sweeping, mopping, and supplies restocking + Assist other teams or departments as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: + Good working knowledge of plant material, especially identification and cultural practices + Understanding of basic fertilizers, chemicals, pests, and diseases + Creative eye that finds value in creating beauty with landscape materials + Organized, with desire to document observations + Ability to work with minimal supervision BENEFITS: + Employee Discount + Pet Insurance + Wellness Challenges + ID Watchdog + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) COMPENSATION: $16.00/hour  Don’t settle, come grow with us!
