Responsibilities The Groundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property. + Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance + Trim, edge and mulch as directed + Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas + Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection + Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather + Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor + Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor Qualifications + High school diploma or GED + Strong customer service skills + Ability to follow instructions efficiently Job LocationsUS-GA-Decatur Job ID 2025-3505 Category Maintenance
