A Bit About the Role

Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintainedGeneral grounds and pool maintenanceLandscape-planting and weedingTrash pickup and removalPerforming cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience requiredCPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferredExperience in maintaining commercial grounds preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license requiredStrong customer service orientationHave an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residentsPerform light maintenanceAbility to consistently display a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast-paced environment
