1 year landscape maintenance experience preferred.Experience working with small engine, motor mechanics, and irrigation repair preferred.Must have active driving privileges.What you will do:

Ability to follow written/verbal instructions .
Completes all tasks under direct supervision of the supervisor or other department staff as assigned.
Performs duties so that instructions and procedures are followed and safety rules are observed.
Maintains turf areas using appropriate tools and techniques.
Cares for all gardens and flowerbeds by chemical and physical weeding; removes cigarettes and debris.
Prunes flowers, shrubs, bushes, and trees using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conducts routine maintenance on grounds equipment and fleet vehicles.
Operates snow removal equipment.
Reports any issues to Supervisor or upper level staff.
Writes work orders for repairs needed on equipment.
