 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work from maintenance work orders, review job to determine materials needed and to plan repairs required. Maintain all exterior and interior surfaces. Pain exterior and interior handrails, stairs, doors and frames. Sweep and clean all exterior and interior surfaces. Remove trash and debris. Remove snow from sidewalks and walkways.  Spread salt as needed. Uses company vehicle, ladder, hydraulic hoist, pallet jack, high lift, power washer, sweeper and carts. Replace signage on the vessel as required and needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
