A Bit About the Role

Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintainedGeneral grounds and pool maintenanceLandscape-planting and weedingTrash pickup and removalPerforming cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)LandscapingPool maintenanceTrash pick-up and removal
