POSITION STANDARDS
High School / GED
Prior gardening experience preferred.
Ability to trouble shoot problems and make repairs to mechanical issues.
Valid driver's license.
Work in a positive manner with other employees and contractors.
Other assigned duties as necessary.

PART TWO: FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Position Objective
As a Groundskeeper at our upscale senior living campus in Lebanon, NH, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the lush and inviting grounds that provide a beautiful and serene environment for our senior residents. This position involves a combination of horticultural expertise, teamwork, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our senior community. You will be responsible for planning and executing seasonal landscape maintenance tasks, collaborating with external service providers, and ensuring the campus remains safe and beautiful year-round.
Performance Expectation Installs and maintaining landscaping features such as trees, shrubs and flower beds Operates and maintaining basic landscaping equipment and vehicles. Cleans picnic tables & benches Paints sign poles/posts, as needed Maintains the cleanliness of the campus grounds. Daily trash patrol/pickup of grounds. Cleans and maintains equipment after use. Participates in reliability efforts, predictive maintenance program and equipment condition audits to prevent recurring problems in facilities support equipment. (Yard equipment only) Assists in project execution and recommend actions to improve equipment reliability. Trouble shoots mechanical issues/problems with equipment; complete basic repairs to keep equipment working at peak levels. Advises manager of area’s needing extensive repair, example: damage to sidewalks, driveways or other paved areas which could result in safety issues. Assists other facilities team members with tasks on as needed basis. Other duties assigned
