This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing digital strategy, media planning, and execution across a portfolio of high-profile clients. The successful candidate will lead multiple account teams, drive innovative digital solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders. **Responsibilities** + **Strategic Leadership:** Lead the development and execution of holistic digital media strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with client business objectives. + **Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term partnerships, driving client satisfaction, and overseeing account growth. + **Team Leadership & Development:** Manage and mentor a team of digital media planners and strategists. Provide guidance, feedback, and career development to ensure high-performance levels. + **Digital Expertise:** Stay at the forefront of digital trends, technologies, and tools to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Advocate for data-driven decision-making and ensure the use of best-in-class platforms. + **Performance Optimization:** Oversee media campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded. Analyze campaign data and metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. + **New Business Development:** Contribute to the growth of the agency by identifying new business opportunities and leading digital pitches. **Qualifications** + **9+ years** of experience in digital media planning, with at least **4 years** in a senior leadership or Group Account Director role. + Proven track record of success in managing large-scale digital campaigns for top-tier brands. + Deep understanding of digital channels, including programmatic, social, mobile, search, and emerging media. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Experience with performance media, measurement tools, and ROI-driven marketing. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills. + Passion for innovation and staying ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. **Additional information** Starcom is an equal opportunity employer with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
