Your role and responsibilitiesIn this position you are going to be responsible for formulating, executing, and overseeing the account strategy, focusing on growing sales and profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction. This involves coordinating sales operations, monitoring ongoing projects, and resolving specific customer issues.Locality preference: France CORE RESPONSIBILITIES•\tDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands the relationship•\tLead the development of a 5-year sales pipeline.•\tCollaboratively engage all ABB divisions through product development, pricing, marketing, customer service, technical solutions/teams, commercial excellence, and leadership supporting the account strategy.•\tLead (or coordinate) an improvement in client experience. Executive communication and presentation skills experience•\tPassionate about driving results.
Qualifications for the role\tA bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required.\tProven experience of 10+ years in sales management or a relevant role in the industry, including 3-5 years of management experience or direct/indirect leadership experience.\tStrong Sales and Leadership skills\tProven track record leading sales and ability to meet/exceed targets.\tThorough understanding of market trends, industry standards, and key business indicators in the industry.\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\tKnowledge of French or Italian language is considered as advantage\tExecutive communication and presentation skills experience\tPassionate about driving results.
