Job Description The Group Art Supervisor is responsible for efficiently managing the daily operations of the art function and related data for their accounts with their copy partner; they are a brand leader who solves strategic and creative issues with the client while enhancing the client’s confidence in the agency.  As a people manager the Group Art Supervisor manages and mentors a team of creatives that report to them and as needed on projects while simultaneously managing a heavy workload.  In this role, the Group Art Supervisor must have an advanced understanding of Klick Health departmental procedures such as routing, print production, protocols, usage rights of stock, images for layout, as well as other internal procedures and solutions practiced by our creative craft. Key Accountabilities:Brings knowledge of clients’ products, their marketing objectives, the promotional activities of similar or competitive product campaigns, and clinical developmentsFull understanding of client’s marketplace and can evaluate work in light of current marketing environment and trendsProactively anticipates and solves creative problemsManages and carries out photo shoots with support from Associate Creative DirectorsCapable of producing original, unusual, top-quality creative ideas across all assignmentsSolves problems and helps remove obstacles to support team members and client work move forward effectively and efficientlyHelps set priorities and manages workloads so that assignments are completed within agreed upon time framesFosters an environment of diversity and inclusion on the teamFollows up on set expectations, and provides coaching and guidance when standards are not being metProvides continuous feedback and manages performance outcomes for direct reports Demonstrates the ability to hire and retain highly capable peopleDemonstrates full understanding of how budgets and schedules are applied for financial managementCoordinates and works with all key stakeholders across the agency to identify and obtain information needed to carry out assignmentsHas an ongoing dialogue and relationship with clients – frequently attending client meetingsEnsures verification of facts and claims with science and regulatory groups at KlickSolicits and seeks feedback from diverse network resources to best support team and client deliveryEnsures the Client Service team member(s) thoroughly understand creative concepts Develops strong relationships with all cross-discipline internal teamsDevelops strong client relationships through participation in market research, presenting creative concept development, and strategic directionUnderstands and integrates clients' goals, business, and industry in daily practicesKeeps up to date on industry trends and shares knowledge with internal teamsProvides technical knowledge ensuring timely completion of projectKey Requirements:Must be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communications skillsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsExhibits sound judgment and decisive problem solving abilityAbility to work well within a team settingAbility to build client rapport and trustEstablished presentation skills Managerial skillsDeep understanding of product challenges in relation to overall marketComplete understanding of market trends and marketing briefsIn-depth understanding of the assigned account, treatment category, clinical developments, and relevant physician specialtiesComputer proficiency; solid knowledge of design programs Proficiency working with and adopting AI tools preferredEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related discipline preferred#LI-SR1 #LI-Hybrid
