\n\n\n-Leadand manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members withinan assigneddepartment of the facility toinclude:Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.
\n\n\n-This is a working-lead role. You will work alongsideyour teamwhile being theinitialpoint of contact for associates.
\n\n\n-A minimum of3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain,logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
\n\n\n-The role reports directly to the Supervisor and willbe responsible fortraining associates,monitoringproduction, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, andassistingthe Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.
\n\n\n-A minimum of 6month’sexperience operating stand-up material handling equipment isrequired. This position requires safe and efficient operation of a stand-upOrder Picker and ReachTruckand first preference will be given to applicants with this experience. Experienceoperatingother material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is also a plus.

\n\n\nConduct training for new associates.\nMaintain legible and accurate records or logs.\nReview documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.\nMonitor performance of associates within the work group.\nOpen and/or close and secure the building as directed.\nReport unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.\nCommunicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.\n\n\nRequired Education and Experience:
