At Intuit, the Mid-Market team is on a mission to ensure customers can grow with us as their business grows. We will disrupt the small business mid-market (Big Bet 5), by transforming QuickBooks from a self-serve, DIY accounting tool for small businesses, to a sales-led, done-for-you suite of tools to power growing businesses. Delivering a sophisticated product that customers love is critical to our success.

As a Group Design Manager, and Head of Mid-Market Design in India, you will lead a team responsible for delivering on foundational Reporting capabilities across the Intuit ecosystem, and a new Business Intelligence offering for our most valuable customers. You will play a critical role as the connector between designers in the US and developers in India–enabling world-class distributed product delivery. This role requires an experienced leader who is comfortable influencing senior leaders, delivering high-quality designs, and developing a team in a highly collaborative environment.
