What you will do as aGroups Events Sales Manager

Perform daily sales activities including face to face meetings, new business prospecting contracting rate negotiations, attendance at trade shows roadshows both domestically and internationally, participate in FAM trips and conduct regular site inspections to drive MICE Group sales leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retentionMaintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to generate business. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long lasting relationshipsPrepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaignsAchieves the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Sales revenue.Works closely with the Event Planning team to ensure continuity of client experience, and ability to maximise upselling
