The Essentials: + Current  Aqua Fitness certification + Prior experience teaching Group Exercise classes  + Confident in your professionalism and a passion to motivate others + Current CPR/AED certification + Working knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology and training principals + Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporations of music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm + Continue to earn all necessary Continuing Education Credit’s (CECs or CEUs) + Collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio + Extensive knowledge of classes being taught + Excellent communication skills Visit www.paloaltojcc.org for more!
