Job Title: Finance Director ANZ

As the Finance Director at BGIS, you’ll report directly to the VP of Finance and work closely with the Finance Leadership Team and Business Support Functions. You will play a pivotal role in leading the FP&A team, overseeing acquisitions, supporting transitions, and refining reporting efficiencies—while having a significant impact on our future success.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage the ANZ FP&A team at BGIS, driving performance and cohesion.
•    Oversee end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and regional reporting (monthly, annual, rolling).
•    Collaborate with the Global Finance team for insights, forecasts, and analysis.
•    Innovate by developing automated, insightful reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
•    Design and maintain reporting hierarchies that align with organizational goals.
•    Lead capital management processes, including forecasting, planning, and detailed reporting for BGIS.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration
•    Manage Finance transitions at BGIS, ensuring smooth onboarding of new contracts onto BGIS platforms.
•    Ensure all new business integrations comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.
•    Lead and contribute to due diligence and integration of acquisitions into BGIS.
•    Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout these transitions.

SGA Management
•    Partner with SGA owners to ensure accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting for BGIS.
•    Provide monthly detailed reporting and support for efficient SGA management.

Key Knowledge & Skills:
•    A minimum of 10 years in relevant finance roles, including significant exposure to FP&A, acquisitions, and business integrations.
•    University degree, with a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CPA, CMA, or CGA).
•    Deep understanding of accounting systems, operational processes, and interdependencies.
•    Excel, Oracle ERP, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
•    Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing individuals.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including senior executives and external stakeholders.
•    Strategic thinker who can navigate both operational and strategic challenges with ease.
•    Strong attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
