Group Finance Operations Manager - GPC Asia Pacific Asia Pacific

Working closely with GM Share Services, your focus will be to establish, oversee and lead a centre of excellence for group treasury operations, financial administration and transactional services. You will focus on providing operational guidance, advice and instruction across the business, especially in relation to areas such as cash and banking, supplier warranties and rebates, reconciliations, and financial compliance practices.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead treasury operations, cash and banking, rebate and warranty functions

Robust, insightful and actionable financial reporting (including developing, launching and adapting reports, including reconciliations)

Manage and maintain accurate business records

End of month requirements

Ensure audit findings and requirements are addressed promptly and adequately, providing functional leadership, embedding changes into business practice

Continuous improvement, including compliance with relevant accounting standards

Develop fit-for-purpose standardised work practices

Manage and lead a successful team

Develop strong stakeholder relationships

Drive team to meet deadlines and milestones

Collate, provide and present meaningful analytics, insights and numerical data to a broad stakeholder base

To be successful you will have/be:

CPA / CA qualified with relevant post qualification experience

Demonstrated experience in similar finance related positions

Functional and team leadership/management experience

Strong stakeholder management, engagement and partnering qualities

Effective communicator

Exceptional analytical and numerical skills

Well-developed adaptive skills (analytics, data analysis, strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to detail etc)

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Experience leading change and continuous improvement strategies in a fast-paced environment
