We are hiring a Group Financial Analyst for the consolidation, analysis and reporting of GTO International and Broadridge International groups, who will work closely with and support Broadridge Finance associates in the field to ensure timely and accurate reporting. They will assist in all aspects of the consolidation and review process for monthly, quarterly and annual US GAAP management accounting deliverables for ‘GTOI’ and ‘Broadridge International’ groups, assisting associates as required to ensure consistency across group.
This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed but at a minimum twice a week.
Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of the GTO International group reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual information to GTO/Corporate teams (e.g. Actuals, Monthly forecasts, Annual Operating and Strategic Plan, adhoc).
Consolidation and ownership of Global revenue analysis file for actuals, forecast and plan reporting and analysis on a monthly, bi-annual and annual basis as required.
Assist in validation and analysis of global sales driver analysis
Tracking business losses and concession revenue impacts and their respective variances against plan and forecast, including consolidation and ownership of master files used in flash, forecast and quarterly analyst call deliverables
Group wide headcount tracking and monthly roll forward reporting, including coordination of headcount updates for Monthly forecasts, Annual Operating and Strategic Plan
Preparation of monthly Capex/DCCR analysis, including coordination of Capex/DCCR updates for monthly forecasts, Annual Operating and Strategic Plan
Provide cover for Group Finance Analysts in periods of absence
Any reasonable ad hoc duties as requested by the International CFO or Group Finance Manager
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years experience in industry and previous experience of providing financial analysis in a commercial strict deadline environment. Any experience of US business or software/technology industry would be highly beneficial.
Strong Excel skills required to V-Lookup and Pivot Table level and ability to manipulate large data sets in order to analyse trends inherent within.
Experience in using IBM Cognos and Microsoft Office and preferably also PowerBI (desirable but not essential).
Demonstrate high level of intelligence and ability to grasp new tasks and information in a fast moving, deadline driven environment with consistent delivery of high levels of productivity, efficiency and quality.
Excellent written and communication skills, most notably in English.
