Job DescriptionWe have an exciting Group FP&A Finance Analyst opportunity. Reporting to the Group FP&A Planning Manager, you will partner with local FP&A teams across five regions. You will work with the offshore Group FP&A team in Kuala Lumpur (GRAC), and with Group Reporting and other areas of the business.
You will be in a visible position with regular interface with the Global Finance Controller, Group FP&A Director and regional senior management.
Role and responsibilities include,
Support global financial planning processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast, bonus and incentive modelling, quarterly performance reviews, half-year review and five-years strategic planning for the full P&L.Partner with group Finance teams to assist forecasting EPS, interest and taxes.Issue instructions and template decks to the regions ensuring deliveries with information to explain drivers and trends.Provide analysis, business KPIs, trends and performance versus market expectations that will be used by the global executive directors. Utilise visualisation systems such as tableau to help create materialsNavigate large amounts of data to discern underlying trends, risks and opportunities.QualificationsQualified accountant (ACA/CIMA)Experience in finance with experience delivering outstanding results. We are looking for future talent with high ambition for career advancement, therefore you must be someone who excels at adding value to the business and to your own development.Provide recommendations at both strategic and functional level. Passionate about driving insights through dataExcellent skills in financial modelling, Excel, and ability to manipulate large datasets, including automation of processes.
