About the role of Group Incentive Sales Manager
Responsible for promoting and securing group incentive travel business and generating hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, FAM trips, and tradeshows. Ensure quotas and goals are met, and direct sales activities are carried out.
What you will do:
Responsible for promoting and securing group incentive travel business
Promote and sell to group segments.
Generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, FAM trips, and tradeshows.
Ensuring quotas and goals are met and ensuring that direct sales activities are performed.
Works closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and contract group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the property.
What you bring:
The ability to speak and write English fluently and Spanish is also required, as this position is based in Mexico.
Previous experience in Luxury Hotel Sales Hospitality minimum of 3 years.
Proven sales track record.
The ability to travel extensively to promote the resort is required.
Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
