Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Coordinate Project One Synergies Initiatives:

Lead and manage the synergies initiatives in Operations between Hella and Faurecia.Ensure alignment and collaboration between both entities to maximize operational efficiencies and strategic benefits.Monitor and track milestones, ensuring timely achievement and assessing the impact of initiatives.

Plant Risk Management leadership:

Lead the governance of Plant Risk Management at the group level.Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.Facilitate regular risk assessments and reviews, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.Ensure effective digital tools deployment for Plant Risk Management.

Contribute to Cash management initiatives within Operations.

Track and coordinate the stakes for Consignment initiatives. Making sure that BGs deliver what is committed, accelerate activities and escalate red blocks.

Leads transverse projects across Forvia Group

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level: Industrial Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Plant Manager / Program Manager / FES&P Manager / PC&L ManagerOperations background.Full or partial P&L accountability experience.Project Management experience.
