Incumbent will serve as the Implementation Experience Manager (IEM) for key areas around: onboarding, all external facing communications, regular status updates follow-up activities to the broker/customer Sales Executives, validation of collected information, generation and distribution of customized benefit summaries, rate grids, and enrollment support throughout the implementation life cycle. Drives a positive experience for the timely and accurate implementation of each client through collaboration with and education to our external agents, brokers, and producers.
Key Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities will include the onboarding of first time clients and clients looking at add lines of coverage to Equitable via digital platform or paper processResponsible for communications, inclusive of welcome or implementation calls, to broker/GA related to timelines, education, case status, product knowledge/clarification and process around onboarding throughout the implementation life cycleGather and distribute unsigned/incomplete sold case paperwork, benefit summaries, etc., as requested by distribution partners via the Sold Case NotificationPerform appropriate follow-up and status update related activities to the Broker and Sales Executive to ensure timely completion of sold case, as well as the backend installation, approval letters and initial enrollmentPerform thorough review of returned sold case based on business rule, paperwork for completeness and gaps.Coordinate requote requests between broker, distribution partners and UnderwritingAssist in the training of new employees within the Onboarding team through job shadowing.Supports the organization through participation in departmental, operational, and strategic projects/initiatives, as neededSupport and adapt to digital growth strategyExpected to be an expert in digital onboarding application to help client utilize the tool, problem solve on potential questions that would ariseContinually work with operational teams to suggest areas of efficiency
The base salary range for this position is $46,000 - $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
