You will act as the technical owner for Repair and Reuse products and processes; you will be responsible for driving repair and reuse requirements and their implementation. You will need to master the complexity of designing for reusability in a unique and highly demanding environment where performance, costs and ESG are the major driving forces. Implementing organizational changes and gauging human aspects are key components as well.
In addition to excellent leadership, coaching and analytical skills, you will need communication skills – to convince, motivate and inspire colleagues across multiple sectors working in different continents that are charged with implementing your requirements for process, software, organization and supporting infrastructure improvements. You have functional domain ownership in order to drive for efficiency, cost reduction, continuous improvement, and knowledge management. You will also need to be a good listener and negotiator in order to effectively engage and motivate stakeholders
Role and responsibilities
As Group Lead Reuse and Repair BPPA you are responsible to ensure both team management and integration of the breakthrough project into the organization.
The job requires balancing between people management and technical content.
You will drive the realization of Reuse & Repair requirements through participation in the definition, realization and verification of improvement products and infrastructure. Your interfaces are within the Reuse and Repair sector (Operations, Strategy, Engineering), as well as cross sector with Strategic sourcing and procurement (SS&P), Development & Engineering (D&E), Planning & Delivery (P&D) Information Technology (IT), Customer Support (CS), Factories (TF and EF), and business process improvement (BPI) .
You are Responsible for driving (part of) the Reuse and Repair roadmap , which entails, however is not limited to:
Define and maintain a resource roadmap; Allocate projects and agree targets with the best-suited people;
Coach group members in their job and optimize their personal growth, improve & maintain the competence
Be able to drive the functional domain knowledge of Reuse product improvements.
Ensuring and reviewing the value of the work the Team performs;
Securing relevant stakeholders are managed and expectations are aligned
Support driving the Integration of the roadmap in the product/projects/sector across ASML
Contribute to the creation of the Reuse roadmap and its contribution to business revenue (P&L)
Education and experience
MSc level in physics, electronics, mechatronics, software development, data science or information technology.
At least ten years’ experience in a Hi-tech Engineering environment or similar. Multidisciplinary, broad technical scope and track record in engineering leadership. People and technical project leadership experience is required.
Advantage is experience with semi-conductor industry, business architecture, agile way of working and MVP concept, product knowledge from customer usage prospective

Other information
R&R Business Program Performance & Architecture (BPPA) team supports the Repair & Reuse Management Team in realizing their vision and strategy through the definition of Reuse improvement roadmaps, building blocks, and projects for processes, software, organization and supporting infrastructure. We own and drive the R&R Business requirements for ASML products. The holder of the Group Lead R&R BPPA position reports to the Head of R&R BPPA and is operational within multidisciplinary projects.
Willing to travel, several times per year (USA, Europe, Asia), max. 10% of the time.
