Job Description

The Paint Support Team Lead position will require working with varying levels of management in multiple departments to fulfill customer orders both domestically and internationally. Must be able to communicate, collaborate, and work well across teams in a multi-discipline organization. The ideal candidate must be developmentally focused, have high energy/drive, be a critical thinker, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and demonstrate strong communication.

Hours:

1st Shift - 6 am - 2 pm

Position responsibilities:

Lead a team of 10+ employees and as many as 15+ employees during peak productionLead and motivate the team to exceed expectations in safety, quality, productivity, and teamworkMaintain a positive attitude in the most challenging situationsCreate and facilitate a positive experience for your direct reportsModel continuous improvement and lean leadership philosophies to increase efficiencyDevelop and foster Cell Leader talent within the respective departmentAccurately manage inventory integrity and accuracyLead and innovate processes and safety practicesEnsure the department is compliant with OSHA standardsMonitor workload to ensure staff, tools and supplies are optimal for successMonitor and measure team performanceManage team attendance

Position requirements:

2+ years of relevant working experienceExperience working with liquid paint a plusExperience in innovating processesExperience supervising and leading a team
