Your Role at Delta Faucet
The 3rd Shift Group Leader (GL) provides direct supervision to the Team Leaders and production Team Members and is responsible for creating a safe work environment, meeting quality standards, achieving schedule compliance and on-time delivery, providing excellent customer service, attaining productivity goals, reducing cost, developing people, and continuous improvement. The GL is responsible for the performance of the plant metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost), day-to-day production activities, project coordination, leading improvement activities, and supervision of Team Leaders. Other responsibilities include developing Team Leaders, supporting new product launches, developing standardized work procedures, and finding innovative solutions to problems.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Technology or related field preferred with a minimum of two years supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong leadership skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work with high a degree of reliability and self-relianceBias for actionComputer literacy with ability to learn new systemsWhy Join Us?
