Provide leadership and coaching to FLMs, Team Leaders, and Warehouse Associates to promote self-management and continuous improvement. Mentor staff in Bosch Production System (BPS) principles, including standardized work, problem solving, and deviation tracking. Assign, monitor, and evaluate work for direct reports and flex staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary situations, and recognize team accomplishments. Develop standardized work processes with engineering teams. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to drive performance improvements. Prepare business charts and KPI reports for warehouse operations. Lead customer satisfaction initiatives through KPI and continuous improvement activities. Act as a contact for vendors and coordinate external support when necessary. Supervisory Responsibility
This position directly supervises: FLMs (First Line Managers) Team Leaders Warehouse Associates Work Environment / Working Conditions Responsibilities are performed in a warehouse and logistics environment.
