Job Description Promotes, educate, communicates and follow up on safety initiatives and culture Create a highly engaged team Supervise medium/large team in production environment Responsible for ensuring proper training, development and evaluation of team members to promote highly effective teams. Lead Global Manufacturing Systems processes and serve as a resource supporting launch and pilot activities Improve operations through problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a good working relationship and communicate across all team members and departments Achieve Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, Environment key performance indicators supporting the Business, Plan, Deploy (BPD). Meet first time quality metrics and Built in Quality (BIQ) IV requirements Complete administrative tasks such as timekeeping and maintains departmental records and reports. Meet production cost schedules by supporting Productions ability to Build in Station.
