About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services and accurate parts advice and administrative services to Liebherr standards working a Monday to Friday day shift roster. We are open to discuss flexibility options. You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.
Duties Operate lifting equipment Pick pack and dispatch orders Unpack and check stock Receipt and dispatch items Inspect and maintain items Supervise, support and train staff Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory Manage staff work allocation Managing the core return process with site for major components Arranging parts – ordering / receipting / inspection and allocation Raising sales orders Quoting of components Calculating charges along with invoicing of jobs Data entry of component change out information Maintain existing freight relationships Skills & Experience Certificate II Warehousing & Storage or 2-5 years’ industry experience Certificate III in Logistics Relevant parts experience Analytical skills, attention to detail and sales skills including up-selling experience High Risk Forklift Licence LF, DG, RI A good understanding of computers with the ability to learn new systems quickly A strong customer focus Current Driver’s Licence Experience in monitoring stock control and inventory processes Knowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and components Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Good communication skills Highly customer service focused
