Job DescriptionMonitors, guides, and works with team to meet production targets.
Ensures that work is completed and tracked according to plant production goals. Instructs and trains new team members. Monitors parts and materials within the department and expedites when needed to ensure necessary supply. Provides leadership in applying lean manufacturing and safety best practices. Applies IT solutions as needed for tracking, monitoring, and documenting.
Qualifications Good attendance, (4) four or less incidents at the time of the postingMust be a full-time employee and possess a good work record.Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints accurately.Must have good teamwork skills.Must have a good work/safety record with zero written warnings preferred.Must be a team player with a proven ability to work and coordinate with other shifts and demonstrate good people skills.Basic knowledge in Microsoft office or equivalent and SAP is a plus.Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime with little or no notice.Must be able to work alone and with little or no supervision. Must receive and or maintain PIT certification.Post high school education is a plus.
