What's the role?

In this role you will guide a team of 10 people, overseeing quality management across our operational units. You will work on innovative projects while ensuring high-quality standards in daily operations. Moreover, you will drive the development and optimization of the quality management system at our production plant in Schaan.

This full-time position is available as soon as possible.

What does the role involve?

Quality is a strategic priority at Hilti, and in this role, you will play a key part in driving excellence within our production environment. The role covers assistance and supervising of 10 quality engineers in their tasks to implement and ensure quality standards, as well as in process modeling and optimization. While collaborating closely with management and global stakeholders, you will translate their requirements into actionable tasks. Additionally, you will be entrusted with safeguarding operational quality KPIs, developing the plant’s quality management system, and overseeing
audits and third-party certifications.

What you need is:

Technical degree (mechanical engineering, production engineering) preferably with quality management qualification and auditor training Proven management expertise with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a global matrix environment Strong stakeholder management including cooperative negotiation skills Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and successfully convince partners to implement them Excellent communication in English and German
