The\nemployee is a focal point for the team of Operators. The employee supports implementation and development\nof Honeywell Operating System. The employee performs work activities related to\nproduct manufacturing in required quality based on the attachment to the job\ndescription (Operator position).
1. Develops\n and motivates the team of Operators on shift. Leads the production meetings\n (Tier1).
Reports on insufficiencies, identifies and escalates\nproblems on shift that he is not able to solve; provides data updates.
2. Carries out his/her duties according to LSW\n(standardized work of Group Leader).
3. Monitors and evaluates Operator's productivity (SAP),\nincluding cooperation on overall eqipment effectiveness (OEE, utilization),\nplans and monitors attendance of Operators at workplace (Identity system) and\nensures maximum usage of work time on production orders (Overhead time).
4. Takes part in planning and realization of Operator\ntrainings in compliance with HS&E requirements and regarding Operator’s cross-functionality\nand proficiency. Takes part in training plan preparation of all required\ntrainings.
5. Drives continuous improvement in HOS (Identification\nof waste, 5S, Visualization, etc.) at assigned workplaces.
6. Supports improvements in quality, takes part in nonconformance solving –\nidentification of root causes, identification of corrective actions and their\nrealization (QN).
7. Uses Operators’ feedback to monitor state of the\ntooling and escalates requirements for repairs/adjustments of tooling.
8. Provides feedback to the Supervisor for Operator performance evaluation\n(HPD).
9. Perform any work associated with the\nproduction of the product with the required quality based on instructions of\nsupervisor and in accordance with the technological procedures for the job /\nmachinery / workplace.
