You will report to the Director of Strategy and Business Operations for the end-to-end (E2E) accounting and money portfolios, and lead a small but mighty team of Strategy and Operations managers that focus on key verticals within the business. This role includes components of strategy, program management, and product development with a focus on optimizing our operations end-to-end, enabled by effective cross-team communications with Product, Engineering, Finance, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
What you'll bring
+ 8+ years of business operations experience and direct management experience in a high-growth environment
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including using data to quickly prioritize activities for alignment with business strategy
+ Effective cross-functional project management experience and excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
+ Customer obsessed; identifies what matters most to customers and accelerates velocity in service to their needs
How you will lead
Millions of QuickBooks customers count on us to deliver a frictionless experience, powered by a strategic and operational infrastructure that allows them to manage their books and grow their customer base. You will:
+ Work with team leads and senior executives to develop and implement business strategies to carry out Intuit’s Big Bets and platform vision
+ Partners closely with cross-functional teams to continuously evaluate operating rhythms and key business indicators to monitor performance and overall health
+ Collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams, to ensure open communications flow and alignment on priorities
+ Lead execution and strategy development of critical strategic initiatives, including multi-year platform transformation
+ Mentor, coach and develop a team of high-performing business operations professionals
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $191,000 - 258,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits) (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
