Job Overview

Join the QuickBooks Customer Success team as a Group Manager of Services Monetization.  We are looking for an extraordinary leader who is passionate about disrupting the status quo, and creating new offerings proven to drive customer benefit and business growth. This role is responsible for driving business model innovation by creating and optimizing a portfolio of service experience offerings to meet varying customer needs and expectations. 

Our service experience offerings are comprised of services that will be delivered by our vast network of customer service and certified bookkeeping experts as well as our digital help capabilities. These offerings will support small businesses and mid-market customers in successfully leveraging the QuickBooks portfolio to manage and grow their business.

In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, we require a strategic leader who possesses a profound awareness of the service features that are important to customers. With this knowledge, the leader can construct a compelling lineup of services backed with clear  value propositions, partner with cross functional teams to bring the experience to life, and serve as the leader to drive continued growth of our services business.
