CyberArk is looking for an experienced Group Manager who thinks creatively and is great at execution to lead multiple teams in our platform unit.
As an infrastructure engineering manager, you will lead, mentor, and recruit team leaders, Product Owners, and Architects who will help us build a platform that serves all of CyberArk's SaaS products.
You will lead the entire development process from the planning phase through the development and testing process to successful daily releases to our customers.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, Professional Services, HR, and others in R&D.
Together we'll produce an advanced platform that meets the highest security standards and NFRs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, ensuring high performance and career growth.
Drive the development, delivery, and operations of CyberArk’s SaaS platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Align engineering efforts with business objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery of platform capabilities.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Defining aggressive goals for the group and the product while leading the group to achieve these goals
Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand what to build (and what not to build)
Take a crucial role in architectural and strategic decisions
QualificationsRequirements
3+ years of experience as a group manager focusing on SaaS products.
Strong leadership and ownership.
Ability to manage, track, and identify risks, bottlenecks, and challenges ahead of time and oversee technical coordination to resolve them
Ability to initiate and lead large-scale processes to completion
Enthusiastic about architecture, design, testing, and performance
Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to drive technical excellence while balancing business needs and strategic goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Programming, or Engineering related field / Elite unit alumni
