The successful candidate will quickly become a Subject Matter expert in this ecosystem*.

Program Context & Intent: Quickly developing a deep understanding variety of the Global Partner incentive programs (Campaigns, Custom Deals, Frameworks).

Owning Delivery up to, or above OKRs/KPIs: ensuring high quality delivery across process, core metrics*, governance and audit readiness across their span of control within the larger ecosystem

Process Optimization & Governance: Focused primarily on E2E process, maximizing efficiency/decreasing riskIntake & Design SupportIncentive Program Creation, Launch, Run (*Accruals, *Payments, *Statements, *Partner Query Management)

Team Leadership & Management: directly supporting program delivery, workload balancing, and skill/career development for 8-12 team members (as part of a larger 25 – 35 person team/program), and will consistently drive accountability and a continuous improvement mindset to empower team members as well as the overall program’s ability to scale

Program Management: In addition to the above, partnering closely with the following:

Internal Leads teams: to support the overall growth/optimization of the program and 30+ person program when/where relevant; Identifying and unpacking opportunities for cross-team collaboration to drive further efficiencies, reduction in risk, etc.Core team of 6-7 Data & Analytics team members that support the program and the campaign managers on individual campaigns

Client Management: Own the relationship across client leads aligned with the role’s span of control, building trust and deep relationships with clients quickly, ensuring we are meeting both client and partner requirements, expectations, and goals throughout the project lifecycle across the team.

Leadership support for Role

This role will report to, and is supported directly by the Assoc. Director of the Marketing Solution Group PMO (35 team members); who will partner closely with this person in the day-to-day management of the overall program – focused on their span of control.This role will also support, and be supported by, overall Account/Owner Director – also directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the team.

Qualifications

•     A background in finance and data reporting is required, with a proven history of providing data insights

•     8-12+ years of project/program management experience

•     5-10+ years of proven history of direct-to-client communications and excellent communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal)

•     5-10+ years of consulting/agency experience

•     3-5+ years working for, or supporting, Microsoft projects/programs

•     3-5+ years of people management experience

•     Strong customer service-oriented skills

•     Advance Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups etc) with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from your analysis

•     Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Data systems and workflows a plus

•     Microsoft office suite, project management (these may not be technical), agile methodologies.

•     Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset

•     Demonstrated governance creation, implementation, tracking/reporting, & optimization capabilities

•     Demonstrated change management capabilities

•     PMP, SAFe and Scrum Master are a plus
