Cab Feature & Analysis section consists of three teams and mainly work with Feature, CAE and EUF. This is connected to structural properties such as durability and NVH, Aero performance, Passive safety, Visibility, Ergonomy, Quality impression and Interior Comfort.

What you will do

 

We are looking for a Group Manager End User Function to join Cab Engineering. In this role, you will lead a team of highly skilled specialists within EUF, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity for cab-related systems. Your team plays a crucial role in defining and enhancing Passive Safety, Visibility, and Comfort functionality on a global scale.

As a people leader, you will develop and lead a team of specialists, managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to professional growth. You will also drive strategic initiatives, including roadmap planning, resource allocation, and competence development.

Other important requirements for this role: 

 

•    MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar 
•    Proven leadership experience in an international environment  with a ability to lead both people and technology
•    Strong understanding of automotive functionality, functional safety and cybersecurity 
•    Solid understanding of automotive software and hardware development processes
•    Commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards within functional safety and cybersecurity
