Role Summary

We offer a leadership and technically inspiring assignment as a Group Manager for Industrial engineering team in a very dynamic and forward-thinking environment. You will be a part of the Engineering team with 12 team members working with you. You will lead a team that cares about teamwork and work closely together supporting each other. We are strongly interconnected in our processes and we need to have a common picture of where we are and where we are going.
Our battery production team at Scania is a new unit but we have already built a strong team. We help each other and continuously improve our cross-functional working methods to secure our processes. Our team today consists of 12 people, with women and men. We have 5 different nationalities and 5 different home languages.
