Group Manager Motor Drive System Software, Electromobility

A key component within Electromobility is Electronics Engineering. Our department is responsible for development, verification and delivery of electronics hardware and application software platform and components in accordance with the system requirements and project scope. We contribute to the technical roadmap and advanced engineering portfolio. 
The Motor Drive System Software team consists of highly skilled Application Software developers.

Who are you? 
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a genuine interest and ability to build effective teams, fostering diversity in styles, perspectives, and experiences while aligning the team with common objectives. You also demonstrate courage through tackling challenging assignments, providing direct and actionable feedback. You are proficient in managing ambiguity.  
 
Moreover, you exhibit a strong result orientation, persistence in achieving objectives, and have a desire to actively deliver results. Effective communication skills across diverse settings, active listening, adaptability to various audiences, and a commitment to promoting an open exchange of diverse ideas and opinions are essential attributes for success in this role. 
 
Qualifications: 
•    Management experience with a passion for people development and team growth
•    Program management experience from a large global organization, preferably within the industrial sector.
•    Engineering background and extensive experience in:
•    Embedded systems development, within the area of electric motor system
•    Embedded Software development 
•    Leading platform development
•    MSc. in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
