Could you be the full-time Group Manager - Software in Västerås we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leading and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Manager System and Software and work alongside supportive and motivated teammates.
You'll lead and manage a team of system and software engineers to achieve our goals in embedded electronic platforms development for rail controls. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables and much more.

Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in people management and leading distributed teams. Proven ability to manage teams to achieve project goals. Experience in software development processes such as V model, Agile etc. Strong technical knowledge in operating systems (Linux, RTOS etc.) and embedded software development. Proven ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders. Experience in planning, tracking and delivering projects. Excellent communication skills. English is mandatory, Swedish is preferred. Willing to travel occasionally.

Deep knowledge of CENELEC requirements, EN50128/129 Knowledge of safety-critical Software development
